All my work is carried out under commercial drone regulations, with full public liability insurance and documented safety procedures, as per Civil Aviation Authority rules.I only fly when conditions are safe and legal, and I’ll always be clear if weather, airspace or site constraints mean we need to reschedule or adjust the plan.

Living in the UK, weather is an ongoing challenge however you shouldn't worry. I monitor conditions closely using multiple data sources and will advise you in advance if I think the weather will compromise safety or quality. If I need to move the flight, I’ll propose alternative dates and do my best to fit around your programme with minimal disruption.

Yes. I have the qualification needed to be allowed to work in residential areas and other sensitive areas. Depending on the situation, it may be a matter of simply notifying the site manager and keeping communications open. Other times I will be required to obtain written permission and/or authorisation but that's all done in the planning stage. I’ll coordinate with your site manager or contact person, put the right controls in place and keep disruption to a minimum.

All deliverables agreed for beforehand, even if those go outside of the regular packages. I am happy to tailor the service to your needs as it's important to me that you get everything you or your consultants need. I can also liaise directly with your consultants to spare you the technical requirements for the job.

Yes. I export in standard geospatial and 3D formats such as GeoTIFF, LAS/LAZ, OBJ and FBX, which can be opened in most GIS, CAD and BIM tools. If you’re not sure which format you need, tell me what software you or your team use and I'll match it.

The mapping and 3D outputs use survey‑class photogrammetry with RTK positioning, giving a high level of accuracy for design support, progress tracking and volume checks. I'm transparent about expected accuracy for each project and will clearly state when something should be verified by a regulated land surveyor.

Turnaround times for deliverables depend on the scope, but I always aim to get you usable data as quickly as possible without cutting corners. For reference though, it could be anything from less than 24h to multiple days or more.
